  3. Delivery time

    We would like to inform you that Drakos Engineering ships all orders sealed. In case you received your order in an open or damaged package, please do not accept it and contact the sales department immediately!

    • Transport and delivery of shipments by Express service usually takes up to 2 working days.
    • Transport and delivery of shipments by Standard service usually takes up to 7 working days.

  4. Returns and Replacements

    The customer is under no circumstances obliged to receive packaging that is damaged or opened during transport. In case of acceptance of the parcel by the customer, the company has no obligation to change any damaged item or replace any loss since the goods by any means of transport always travel at the sole responsibility of the customer.

    The return must be made no later than within fourteen (14) working days of both the product and the price. Delivery charges are non-refundable and the customer must bear the costs of returning the products. A necessary condition for any return is that the product is in the condition you received it, without its packaging having been opened. Please keep in mind that returns are not accepted without prior customer contact by phone or email within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

    Our company is obliged to honor the guarantee given by the on branded items and to replace any defective product. In this case the product is replaced without any charge on the part of the customer. A necessary condition is the presentation of the original purchase document.

    In the case of a wrong order, where the customer is responsible, Drakos Engineering is not obliged to replace the product, nevertheless we advise you to contact us by phone at +30 2109902382 or by e-mail at [email protected].

    In case of wrong shipments where the company is responsible, all transport costs are charged to our company and not to the customer.
